Used condition, some may have small patches which do affect use. Some may have cosmetic marks. All tested and can be seen inflated. Please note large volumes of water take a while to heat up, please see manual for timescales. It is worth bringing something to protect the liner in your vehicle to avoid puncturing on the way home. Placing the hot tub on a clean clear surface will reduce the risk of punctures. We don't label stock brand new, but the vast majority is as good as, some may be dusty etc
Unlike the used hot tubs we sell, these are new in box, never used and in original packaging. We are unable to inflate them instore for you as they would instantly no longer be brand new in box. Instead we ask that you inflate them and use them at home within 24hrs of purchase, should you find a problem we will arrange a return, replacement where stocks allow or a full refund. We have to place a time limit on you checking the hot tub as we have sold these for several years now and have experienced many wonderfully honest customers, whom we have been more than happy to help but also several dishonest ones who try to suggest it was punctured when they bought it months earlier, even after dog hair, scratches and cigarette burns are clearly the cause. We will help and we do repair punctures when customers are honest and ask for help, likewise we carry parts for pumps but please try out your hot tub within 24hrs or we will not accept responsibility for any problems.
